This Acting Company season features our 47th company of young actors recently graduated from the country's top training programs. Meet them starting July 14 as they perform a rotating repertory of Shakespeare's Measure for Measure and Nambi E. Kelley's Native Son, based on the novel by Richard Wright.
Andy Grotelueschen (Henry V, The Spy) received his first Tony nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a musical for Tootsie. Past collaborator Michael McElroy will receive a special Tony Honor. Numerous other members of the TAC family are also Tony-nominated, including directors Bartlett Sher and Jack O'Brien, composer Adam Guettel, and designers Fitz Patton, Howell Binkley, Jennifer Tipton, Paul Tazewell, William Ivey Long, and Clint Ramos.
Alum Patti LuPone has been honored with an Olivier Award for her performance in Company on the West End.

Five-time Tony nominee Dana Ivey and Tony nominee Michael Hayden will be part of The Acting Company's upcoming reading of Lillian Hellman's 1941 drama Watch on the Rhine, the first reading in the 23rd John McDonald Salon Reading Series. The staging, directed by Kimberly Senior (Disgraced), will take place March 18 at the Mainstage Theater at Playwrights Horizons.
